Kevin Hines
Kevin has managed media strategy and execution for over 100 federal, state and local elections. Leveraging data, he's created comprehensive strategies for traditional media with the complementary targeting capabilities of digital, mobile and social media. He specializes in identifying target audiences that will shape campaigns and electoral outcomes and creating plans with the most efficient media mix to capture and engage each audience. In addition to persuasion and GOTV, Kevin organizes paid media programs for fundraising, polling, message testing and interaction with new voters through hyper-targeted campaigns.
Christine Testa
Christine has a decade of agency experience, as well as experience in marketing and higher education. She is well versed in juggling priorities and making sure that everything is out the door on time and on budget.
Paul Novak
Paul brings 35 years of political media experience as senior advisor specializing in creative writing and campaign planning. His past portfolio includes nine Pollie awards for Democratic candidates at the state, municipal and federal levels. A native of New York's Hudson Valley, Paul worked his first political campaign in Flatbush, Brooklyn in 1981, and variously worked for the NYS Assembly, for Governor Mario Cuomo, then in 1988 moved on to the campaign advertising world and never looked back. He currently lives in Greenville, SC and is an avid guitarist and zydeco dancer.
Mark Streb
Working in the political realm since 1988, Mark has established himself as a successful and seasoned political operative spanning four decades. From being an Executive Director of the NYS Democratic Senate Campaign Committee, to a Campaign Manager for the NYS Democratic Assembly Campaign Committee, to the City of Troy Democratic Committee Chair to an independent campaign consultant, Mark has the experience and winning track record that will benefit your campaign.
Mark has successfully managed campaigns for NYS Supreme Court races, NYS Senate and Assembly, and local municipal races such as County Executive, District Attorney and Mayoral efforts. His unique and specialized skill set will help bring your campaign across the finish line.
Mark’s deep political knowledge is enhanced by his governmental service, having worked for the NYS Governor, NYS Senate, NYS Assembly, the City of Troy and as a political organizer for the Public Employees Federation union.
